Do I need to pay a deposit to book an appointment?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within less than 24 hours, you may forfeit your deposit or be charged a percentage of the service cost.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

What happens if I’m late to my appointment?

What if I don’t show up for my appointment?

No Call No Show, will result in immediate banning for future business and your deposit will not be refunded.

What should I do if I need to make last-minute changes?

We understand that emergencies happen. Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, fees may still apply for changes made less than 24 hours in advance.
